The Rights of Students with Disability
In NSW, students with disabilities are legally entitled to equal educational opportunities. These rights ensure that they can enroll in local schools, are treated without discrimination, and are actively included in school life. They are also supported through reasonable adjustments and personalized support. Despite these protections, many students still face exclusion and lack of support. At Right to Learn, we advocate for the rights of students with disabilities. If your child is not receiving their entitled support, please contact us for assistance.
